A mysterious new drug has hit the streets of Central City and The Spirit is on the case to clean up the streets. Frost has killed more users than people buying it, leaving the Octopus unhappy and The Spirit with a morgue full of bodies. As he gets closer to finding out who is bringing it into the city, Ebony takes it upon herself to find the ones responsible, but it may cost her life.
